The Communications Associate will be responsible for:

Client Support

  • Support for multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to plan and implement the full range of client responsibilities
  • Oversee project deliverable timelines, proactively scheduling meetings when needed
  • Attend client meetings and prep meeting agendas
  • Understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communications

Communications and Social Media

  • Strong writing ability and demonstrated aptitude in adapting writing style to fit a given audience or application (media, web, internal, etc.)
  • Social media strategy and implementation, such as drafting calendars and social media analytics
  • Contribute to writing press releases, patient narratives, website text, and more
  • Administrative support for all aspects of firm business, including time tracking, internal communications projects, and infrastructure/capacity building

Research and Approach

  • Development of target media lists and media targeting strategies
  • Timely monitoring, analysis and reporting of coverage from a variety of news outlets covering our clients and issues related to their business
  • Primary research and market analysis in support of client-level communications initiatives, new business pitches, and other needs

The ideal candidate is someone with a well-rounded background who has an enthusiastic passion for design, and a creative flair. This individual is an excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail, excels at handling multiple client needs simultaneously and willing to make changes to creative projects based on constructive feedback. A strong working knowledge of an agency creative department is a plus.

The Designer will be responsible for:

  • Carry out the efficient visual execution of creative concepts, as outlined by Creative Director
  • Maintain and evolve, as necessary, visual standards for design and content design

The Art Director will be responsible for creative oversight:

  • Ensures smooth, timely and accurate completion of assigned creative projects.
  • Carries out the efficient visual execution of creative concepts, as outlined by Creative Director
  • Prepares shoot reference material for photography sessions, video/broadcast, etc.
  • Reviews project production factors by studying background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
